What is the Westfield Volunteer Rescue Squad?
The Westfield Volunteer Rescue Squad is an all-volunteer, non-profit organization, providing pre-hospital emergency care since October 1, 1951. We render aid and assistance to over 30,000 people in Westfield and neighboring towns.
Emergency medical services are provided at no charge, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to all those in need. On average, the Squad responds to 2,500 emergency medical service calls each year.
